UGEI welcomes the ambition to modernise and better regulate higher education, while calling for a demanding framework built on independent evaluation, academic quality and transparency.
The association supports clearer recognition mechanisms, a coherent articulation between institutional and programme evaluations, stronger support for EESPIG institutions, and the preservation of a structured dialogue between the State and quality private higher education providers.
